Hotels.com, Jet2holidays, and Hoseasons have been recognized for their exceptional customer service in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) survey. Hotels.com achieved a customer satisfaction score of 84.7, ranking joint fourth out of more than 280 brands. Compared to the previous year, the company improved its score by 2.6 points.…
