GLOWheels Up Experience has significantly enhanced the benefits of its Global Custom Enterprise Solutions (CES) private flight membership. On Thursday, the company revealed updates to its frequent flyer program, extending these benefits to clients in the U.S. and globally, including Europe, where flights are arranged through Air Partner’s charter brokering group and a select network of operators.
New benefits are available to members who commit $500,000 or more in pre-funded flight hours. These enhancements include a guarantee of a “mission-capable” aircraft with a 48-hour booking and flight cancellation window in the U.S., and a 72-hour window in Europe. If a trip is delayed by more than four hours from the planned departure time, customers will receive a refund and a credit for a future flight.
CES members will also benefit from fixed flight-hour rates for various aircraft, which Wheels Up says will simplify travel budget management and make spending more predictable. Members will be assigned a dedicated “global aviation expert” to provide personalized support for managing travel arrangements.
Minimum flight hours per booking have been updated, including taxi time. For the U.S. fleet, these are 1.2 hours for light and midsize jets, 1.7 hours for super-midsize jets, 2.5 hours for large jets, and 1.1 hours for King Air turboprops. In Europe, the minimum bookings are 1.5 hours for light and midsize jets and 1.75 hours for super-midsize jets.
The enhanced benefits also include cargo services for personal courier needs or larger moving solutions. With Air Partner’s collaboration, Wheels Up can now handle group bookings for 200 or more passengers, accommodating more complex travel needs.
Additionally, the CES package now offers reduced flight hour minimums and, through Wheels Up’s primary shareholder, Delta Air Lines, members can enjoy Delta Diamond and Medallion Status frequent-flyer perks.
Dave Harvey, Wheels Up’s Chief Commercial Officer, expressed enthusiasm about the new benefits: “We are excited to offer these expanded benefits to our Global Custom Enterprise Solutions members. These updates reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional service and flexibility in private aviation. Whether our members require guaranteed aircraft availability, personalized support, or fixed pricing, we are dedicated to meeting their needs with unparalleled solutions.
