What you’ll do:

 

We’re looking for a strategic leader to take on the role of Senior Loyalty Transformation Manager to join our eCommerce & Loyalty team. In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of our Full-Potential Loyalty Strategy, leveraging Sister Club’s position as Australia’s leading health and beauty loyalty program to build something truly exceptional – a loyalty experience that sets new benchmarks across the entire Australian market. You’ll orchestrate a transformation that delivers superior outcomes for members, franchise partners, suppliers and Wesfarmers Health.

 

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation that will fundamentally change how millions of Australians engage with their health and wellness. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating the board-endorsed vision into reality across our strategic pillars whilst managing complex stakeholder dynamics and commercial considerations.

 

If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for loyalty, transformation, and customer experience – and thrive in complex, cross-functional environments – this could be your next big move.

What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in strategy execution or transformation roles
  • Proven experience in retail, loyalty, or consumer-facing industries preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs
  • Familiarity with loyalty technology stacks (Loyalty Management Systems, Marketing Automation, CDP, Offer Platforms)
  • Understanding of retail operations and franchise models preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases and financial modelling
  • Deep understanding of loyalty program mechanics and customer psychology
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project/Program management certification valuable, but not essential
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Strategy, Management Consulting, or related field
