  • Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure CRM campaigns reflect brand identity and elevate storytelling across channels
  • Bring a creative point of view to campaign design and customer journeys, ensuring a premium, cohesive experience across all touchpoints
  • Develop advanced customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and AI-driven personalization strategies
  • Own end-to-end strategic planning across loyalty and CRM, including global-to-local market alignment
  • Provide deep technical leadership in platform integration, automation, and system-level design
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy, security, and governance standards
  • Apply advanced analytics to measure performance — including LTV analysis, attribution modeling, and ROI
  • Collaborate across global cross-functional teams to scale CRM and loyalty strategies
  • Influence global CRM and loyalty frameworks, balancing global consistency with regional/local needs
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in Martech, AI, personalization, and consumer behavior to drive innovation
  • Lead and develop a team of 2+ direct reports across multi-channel CRM initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 6–8+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty program management, and data-driven marketing
  • Proven ability to scale CRM and loyalty programs in global B2B environments
  • Strong technical expertise in CRM platforms, CDPs, data integration, and system governance
  • Deep knowledge of LTV modeling, attribution methodologies, and performance analytics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for the beauty industry – a pulse on consumer trends, product experience, and brand culture
