What You’ll Do
As the Partnerships Loyalty Program Lead, you will play a crucial role in building, growing, and negotiating the portfolio of strategic partnerships within the My Vodafone loyalty program.
- Your main objective will be to increase the number of partners in the loyalty program, ensuring quality, relevance, and exclusivity. You will be responsible for negotiating commercial offers such as discounts and vouchers, acquiring new partners, and managing the existing portfolio
- You will ensure that the offers meet customer needs and business requirements, seek new contracts and major brands, and prepare commercial presentation materials. Additionally, you will conduct monthly evaluations to ensure compliance with the offers, monitor and report on commercial KPIs, and provide strategic advice to improve performance and decision-making
- You will also support the Commercial Lead, Product Owner, and Chapter Lead with strategic advice and partnership management, define initiative strategies and objectives, and test and implement offers to ensure they align with agreements

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving orientation
- University degree
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical skills
