Virgin Atlantic has launched an AI-powered digital Concierge across its airline and holidays websites, giving customers a 24/7 personalised travel assistant. Built with OpenAI and Tomoro, it offers real-time flight and holiday recommendations, supports Flying Club queries, and delivers seamless, voice, text or touch-based trip planning. Virgin Atlantic has launched its new AI-powered Virgin Atlantic Concierge across both the Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Atlantic Holidays websites, giving every customer access to an intelligent, always-on digital travel assistant that is reshaping how journeys are planned and booked.

Developed in partnership with OpenAI and digital experience studio Tomoro, the Concierge blends Virgin Atlantic’s signature warmth and personality with advanced artificial intelligence. Whether customers are browsing holiday ideas, booking flights or planning future getaways, the Concierge engages through natural conversation — by voice, text or touch — delivering tailored, real-time recommendations in a seamless and intuitive way.

Using the latest multi-modal AI technology, the Concierge learns from customer preferences and the information they share to suggest the most relevant flights, holiday packages and extras. It also supports Flying Club queries and general customer service needs, creating a connected, personalised digital experience that feels distinctly Virgin Atlantic.

The introduction of the Concierge aligns with the airline’s broader digital transformation, including the launch of a new Virgin Atlantic mobile app planned for 2026. The app will integrate airline and holiday journeys into a single platform, putting the entire Virgin Atlantic experience into the pocket of every customer.

Together, the Concierge and new app represent the next phase in Virgin Atlantic’s commitment to personalisation, blending cutting-edge technology with human warmth to deliver premium service in the digital age.

Virgin Atlantic continues to position itself as an innovation leader in global aviation. Founded by Sir Richard Branson in 1984, the airline flies to 28 destinations worldwide and employs over 9,000 people.
