Vietnam AirlinesVietnam Airlines and Saudia announced a new codeshare partnership aimed at enhancing connectivity and convenience for travelers between Vietnam and Saudi Arabia. This collaboration between two SkyTeam alliance members will offer customers expanded travel options and a more seamless journey, including frequent flyer program benefits.
The codeshare agreement will facilitate travel on flights connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This partnership is set to provide passengers with greater flexibility and a streamlined booking experience across both airlines’ networks.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, Head of Corporate Planning and Development said: “The codeshare partnership with Saudia marks a strategic milestone in Vietnam Airlines’ journey to expand its international network, particularly into the Middle East — a region with tremendous potential and impressive growth in both tourism and aviation. This partnership will allow passengers to book flights through either Vietnam Airlines or Saudia for itineraries that include segments operated by the other carrier, simplifying the travel process.
