Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our expanding ecommerce team, who is confident and willing to learn about the business and sector we are in. As our Senior CRM & Loyalty Coordinator, you will aid the CRM Manager in developing and implementing UO’s CRM strategy across email and app channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for managing and creating end-to-end automated customer journeys, utilising data to drive channel and content personalisation
Lead and develop omni-channel CRM retention strategies
Develop data-driven hypotheses and validate them through a test and learn approach to optimise performance
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying any trends, as well as risks and opportunities
Actively communicate and collaborate with the other departments to enable the customer-focused marketing strategy
What You’ll Need
- Relevant experience within digital marketing, ideally in email and app (push notifications, in-app messages)
- Experience of working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder advantageous)
- Experience in interrogating campaign data to understand performance of campaigns beyond the top line number
- Good understanding and experience in the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create strong cross-functional working relationships
- Basic understanding of HTML (advantageous)
- An analytical, proactive and flexible approach
- Proficient in excel
