The A Side: A Day in The Life

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Universal Music for Creators team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the subscription growth marketing strategy, which includes monitoring ongoing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth planning, launch, runtime, and takedown.

Additionally, you’ll help manage relationships with paid media agencies to meet campaign objectives and prepare assets. Administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders, updating marketing schedules, and organising files will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you’ll closely collaborate with the brand marketing team, tech, and data to ensure alignment and synergy across initiatives.

Your role will involve managing and optimising owned media channels, including email and onsite platforms, to achieve subscription targets and staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies impacting digital marketing to inform your strategic decisions.

 

The B Side: Skills & Experience

Be Organised

  • Monitor ongoing subscription campaigns, working with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient planning, launch, run time, and take down.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as creating POs, updating marketing schedules, and organising files.

 

Be Collaborative

  • Support in developing and executing Universal Music for Creator’s subscription growth marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design campaign materials.
  • Assist with managing relationships with paid media agencies, ensuring campaign goals are met, and aiding in briefing and preparing campaign assets.
  • Support our customer service agency in addressing and resolving customer queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient communication.

Be Innovative

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes and new technologies impacting digital marketing.

Be Strategic

  • Manage and optimise owned and paid media channels, to ensure the achievement of our subscription targets.
  • Assist the team in developing an effective email marketing strategy, including creative, audience targeting, journey mapping, and reporting.

Person Specification

Necessary

  • Experience in performance marketing and/or growth marketing for a B2C brand with a proven track record.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A pro-active, self-starter mindset and excellent communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience identifying meaningful, actionable insights within past successful growth marketing campaigns. Subscription experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management, including developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals.
  • Experience running end-to-end subscription growth marketing campaigns that encompass owned and paid media properties.
