TikTokTikTok Shop has recently unveiled a new collaboration with Royal Mail to enhance the delivery experience for merchants of all sizes and promote success on the platform.
This partnership introduces the ability for merchants to integrate Royal Mail’s Click & Drop service with their TikTok Shop accounts, facilitating the efficient arrangement of shipments and prompt delivery of orders to customers. Click & Drop, Royal Mail’s primary shipping solution, becomes seamlessly incorporated into TikTok Shop, enabling merchants to save time and enhance the overall delivery process. This integration includes features such as the easy printing of postage labels, dispatching through existing Royal Mail collection, utilizing Parcel Collect, depositing in a parcel postbox, or taking items to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office® branch. Merchants can conveniently view their TikTok Shop orders alongside those from other sales channels, all consolidated in one location.
Existing TikTok Shop sellers can access Click & Drop by installing the Royal Mail Click & Drop integration from the Service Market in the Seller Centre. Setting up via Royal Mail is also made simple for merchants.
As businesses on TikTok Shop expand, the integration with Royal Mail’s Click & Drop promises to enhance the shipping experience, accelerate dispatch times, and ultimately elevate the overall customer experience.
Patrick Nommensen, TikTok Shop GM of UK Ecommerce, expressed, “Our aim is always to help merchants grow their business on TikTok Shop. The partnership with Royal Mail will make our merchants’ lives easier and bring considerable customer benefit by streamlining and improving the fulfilment process. Working with such a trusted and established organisation will save vital time for merchants and ensure our customers get their orders as quickly as possible.”
Nick Landon, Chief Commercial Officer at Royal Mail, shared his enthusiasm, stating, “People love shopping online and through social media, and TikTok Shop is a great example of that. People also love getting deliveries from their trusted Royal Mail postie. It gives them the confidence to order again, and everyone benefits from that growth. We are really excited about working with TikTok Shop, helping them to grow and delivering a brilliant service to all of their customers. Sellers can rest easy knowing their deliveries are in good hands.”
