About the job

Our Role

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Loyalty Executive to join our growing Marketing department, within the CRM team. Reporting to the Loyalty & Lifecycle Manager, you will support the planning and execution of all Loyalty and Lifecycle communications across all core CRM channels: Direct Mail, Email, App Push, and SMS. Whilst these channels are used, Direct Mail is at the heart of this role with responsibility for the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of The Thread brochure and all related tactical seasonal mailings. For these campaigns to take off seamlessly, this role requires someone to establish a strong relationship with our internal creative and editorial teams as well as our external partners and agencies. The successful candidate will have incredible attention to detail, be comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines, and be comfortable with numbers and evaluating and measuring activity. With everything they do, the Customer will be at the heart and delivering impactful campaigns that drive demand and our unique benefits.

What you’ll be doing

Lifecyle and Loyalty Planning

  • With the support and direction of the Lifecyle and Loyalty Manager, plan and ensure timely execution of all campaigns
  • Plan and build targeted campaigns around specific customer segments and appropriate channel
  • Commercially forecast and review campaign performance – ensuring test and learn plan, control groups and incrementality are factored in
  • Working across different territories; predominantly UK but we are active in US, EU and ROW

Direct Mail Campaigns

  • To actively adhere to the brochure marketing critical path, ensuring that creative, production and analytical resources are working to schedule. You will work closely with the wider creative team to ensure synergy between Creative and Marketing.
  • To present a hawk-like focus on service delivery, quality and cost effectiveness
  • Working across the wider business functions, including the Marketing, Insight, Creative, Trade and Merchandising teams, to ensure brand guidelines are followed, segment promotions are managed, and coherent creative briefing is completed
  • Keep an eye on best-in-market competitor examples and share suggestions of ways to implement these into campaign / seasonal planning
  • An expert attention to detail applied to all aspects of the day job, including but not limited to, creative sign offs and proofing
  • Weekly in-depth reporting of performance, including marketing metrics and demand (through use of Adobe Analytics / Power BI). Working closely with the Analysts to decipher test results and any further analysis
  • Monitor competitor’s campaigns and report on relevant activity, promotions and send frequency

Email, SMS & Push Campaigns

Testing and refining best methods of communication to each segment and market to elicit best response and/or increase demand, this includes:

  • Creative briefing (copy/layout)
  • Signing off email campaigns, HTML, and tests, with a keen eye for attention to detail and ensuring perfect execution every time
  • Ensuring that campaign content is consistent with the wider business focus, including online home pages, social content, and visual merchandising.
  • Assist in the coordination of the email sign-off process, including creative, product content (Buying/Merchandising), and functionality with shared responsibility for final email sign-off.
  • Liaising with the Campaign Executive on promotional code functionality and testing.
  • Presentations to key stakeholders
  • Calendar and workflow management
  • Weekly result reporting

The Skills & Experience That You’ll Need

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Hands-on experience with direct mail campaigns is a strong plus
  • Skilled in streamlining and managing marketing processes to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Exceptionally well-organised, with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines
