Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related disciplines
- 15 years’ relevant experience in partnership and rewards management, CRM and loyalty programs
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills
- Expertise in partnership with brands, partners, and vendors in major marketing campaigns
- Experience with managing VIP programs with exclusive privileges
- Able to cope with fast-paced and dynamic working environment
Responsibilities:
- Devise strategies for partnerships and rewards of “The Point”, our Group’s integrated membership loyalty program.
- Understand customers’ needs and work closely with SHKP mall merchants (tenant partners), business units and external partners to provide unique and attractive rewards for the Point members.
- Be the chief liaison with tenant partners to ensure they participate and support our points earn and points burn programs. Support the point earn, point burn systems implementation and adoption by tenants.
- Lead end-to-end execution of rewards—from procurement, display on app, marketing communications, fulfillment and settlement with Partners, and results tracking.
- Work with external partners interested in purchasing and distributing The Point points for their own members/customers, via points conversion or points purchase program.
- Design special rewards and experiences for our VIP members to ensure a sense of privilege and exclusivity.
