Star Alliance and Heathrow Express have partnered to offer upgrades to Star Alliance Gold Status members, and one companion, travelling on Heathrow Express. Simply purchase an Express Class single or return ticket for Heathrow Express, the fastest rail link between the airport and London Paddington station, and receive an upgrade to Business First, with our compliments.
 
Once onboard the train, choose any available seat in Business First class and present both your train ticket and Star Alliance Gold Status card to the attendant. Business First elevates your experience between the city and the airport with comfortable and spacious seats, ample legroom, personal worktable, digital entertainment, seat power sockets, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
 
Upgrades are available to all Gold Status members enrolled in any of the 20 frequent flyer programmes offered by the Star Alliance member airlines. Full details of this offer can be found here.
