This launch positions Sports Direct alongside competitors like JD Sports, which introduced its ‘JD Status’ loyalty programme in October 2023 and neared one million members within seven months. The Sports Direct Membership programme is free to join and open to all customers with an online account, reflecting Frasers Group’s commitment to enhancing customer engagement and value.
