Snooze an A.M. Eatery has enhanced its MySnooze Bennyfits loyalty program by introducing new rewards for customers to redeem their points, or "jacks," towards side dishes and a mocktail party, along with yearly perks for reaching higher tiers.

GLOThe Denver-based brand now offers customers $5 off on their next visit and priority seating to skip the wait as soon as they enroll in the loyalty program, which was launched in April 2022.
Andrew Jaffe, Snooze’s chief marketing officer, stated that they have been attentive to their guests’ feedback since the program’s launch, identifying what resonates most with them and finding ways to improve the program. By incorporating this feedback, they aim to provide more appealing perks and experiences.
The priority seating benefit enables guests to book their next visit in advance through the Snooze smartphone app and secure the next available table that suits their party size upon arriving at the restaurant, avoiding the need to join a waitlist. Upon reaching the program’s Silver or Gold tier, guests also receive multiple priority seatings along with discounts like $5 off or a free entrée.
The MySnooze Bennyfits program will continue to issue “jacks,” which are the currency used by Snooze, and guests can utilize them for various perks, such as extra pancakes or priority seating during their next visit. As customers accumulate jacks, they unlock new rewards and benefits by reaching higher tiers, providing more options to spend their accumulated points.
Founded in 2006, Snooze boasts over 60 locations spread across states like Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
