Guillermo Marcello Pucciano, Head of SKY Plus, the airlines’s recently launched loyalty program, has accepted the position of Regional Lead for Central and Latin America at GLO, spearheading GLO’s efforts in the region. Launched in April 2024, “SKY Plus” includes the latest features in loyalty, customer engagement, personalisation, and gamification.
SKY’s membership underscores GLO’s commitment to build a truly global association and networking platform for loyalty, rewards and CX professionals, reaching every corner of the world and driving partnerships and innovation in the loyalty industry, further enhancing its mission to shape the future of customer loyalty and CX.
