We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Loyalty Program Manager/Director to join us in advancing the industry forward.

The Role

We are looking for Manager / Director to own the management and growth of the SKIMS loyalty program. While this role is part of our Data, Insights, and Loyalty team, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth of loyalty-based efforts on behalf of the company.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and develop SKIMS loyalty program: Including areas such as solidifying program objectives, loyalty membership acquisition practices, monitoring performance of key customer cohorts, enhancing app and site loyalty features, developing the loyalty campaign calendar, and working with neighboring teams to execute against planned initiatives.
  • Drive Program Growth: Implement strategies to grow loyalty enrollment while maintaining engagement across all cohort.
  • Campaign Planning: Own loyalty marketing calendar in partnership with brand and digital marketing for all loyalty campaigns.
  • Feature Testing: Develop a roadmap of robust A/B testing of loyalty benefits, rewards & campaigns to continuously optimize the SKIMS loyalty offering. Brief cross-department leads, deploy and analyze results to share broadly across the company.
  • Reporting: Track performance against key loyalty KPIs, understanding when to pivot or optimize based on results to targets.
  • Key cross-functional partners include brand marketing, graphic design, data and insights, ecommerce, site merchandising, and performance marketing.

Qualifications

  • 6 or more years with direct experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing / Loyalty Programs in-house or agency
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs for large-scale databases (3M+)
  • Ability to extract performance learnings for analytics and dashboards to guide marketing and loyalty program strategies
  • Strong technical acumen, able to troubleshoot integration logic, trigger workflows, tagging / reporting issues, and work directly with developers on relevant projects
  • Experience building complex A/B testing roadmaps across all aspects of SKIMS loyalty program (segmentation, creative, offer constructs, personalization, etc.)
  • Experience working with both web and app channels preferred
  • Comfortable working autonomously to drive initiatives with cross-departmental leads
  • Customer-obsessed, ability to consider “big picture” objectives to improve experience for SKIMS customers
  • Basic proficiency with data analysis and preparation via SQL preferred
