About the job
Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a Scottish owned fast- growing, independent hospitality group with a portfolio of restaurants situated in Scotland and the North of England.

They have a robust sized marketing team and looking to add an experienced individual who join the team in a new role of Loyalty Marketing Manager.

You’ll have managed the customer journey within a rewards, subscription or loyalty programme before, ideally in a B2C environment. They have a good foundation to work with: their CRM feeds their loyalty programme and already have over 50,000 club members. Their data analyst can identify segments in their customer base for new recruitment or customers prime for increasing lifetime value.

They have core platforms to support activities, a solid view of customer interactions and looking for someone with strong technical skills, being quick to understand platform setups and maximise the functions. The development, implementation and continuous optimisation of their programme is essential. Soft skills will also be important – there are many stakeholders and departments to liaise with from sales and reservations teams to restaurant based managerial staff. To assist you’ll have designers, creatives and a digital team there to create content, copy, ideas and collateral as needed.

This is a very fast paced, but exciting environment to work in. It’s a family-owned business with a proven track record. They have 14 brands to manage, meaning an interesting and varied workload. 

Skills and experience required:

Experience of designing solid communications plans to increase customer engagement, boost retention, and maximise sales
Ability to translate data, reports and trends to feed marketing decisions
4+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, hospitality membership or direct marketing, or a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Advertising, or Communications or 5+ years experience in a similar role.
Experience with CRM marketing campaigns, processes, tactics, and promotions planning and execution
Advanced knowledge of CRM tools for reporting, campaign management, and marketing automation
Experience with translating customer insights into successful loyalty strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
