About the role
The responsibility of this role is the overall development of Royal Caribbean International’s Trade Loyalty Programme & Trade Platform – Club Royal for UK, Ireland & Spain, including setting the vision, strategy and day-to-day management of the programme with support from the Trade Marketing Manager.  

Building relationships within the business from EMEA Leadership Team (ELT), Sales Leadership Team (SLT) and Marketing to ensure an aligned approach that is targeted towards supporting our commercial goals and objectives in the EMEA region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Account Management – Ownership of the agency partner relationships.
  • Strategy – Owning the ongoing development and evolution of the Club Royal platform and the Rewards programme, across UK, Ireland & Spain, ensuring it remains the best trade loyalty programme in the travel sector.
  • Operational – To manage day to day running of trade websites alongside trade marketing colleagues.
  • Reporting – To produce monthly scorecard on Rewards engagement statistics for senior leadership and to support sales team with ad-hoc engagement overviews for key accounts.
  • Marketing Communications – To use Club Royal data to effectively communicate with members and work closely with Trade Marketing Manager and Trade Marketing Executives to deliver digital communications including through email and social to Rewards member.
  • Events – To brief and work with Royal Event Manager on organisation, budget and execution of Club Royal events across UK, Ireland & Spain.
