Be a Customer Champion: CRM Executive at Robert Dyas
Do you love crafting captivating email campaigns that drive results?
Robert Dyas is searching for an ambitious and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our thriving eCommerce team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the mastermind behind our email marketing strategy, crafting engaging content that converts.
What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver eye-catching weekly emails, from writing persuasive copy and subject lines to building templates and collaborating with our Design Studio.
- Partner with the CRM Manager, Marketing, and Trading teams to ensure email marketing aligns seamlessly with our overall business goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Spark creativity! Dream up innovative ways to boost campaigns and identify new opportunities.
- Champion our customers! Ensure all email communication is accurate, error-free, and reflects our brand identity.
- Work with the eCommerce team to create a smooth customer journey from email to website.
- Assist in developing targeted segmentation and personalization strategies.
You’ve got the skills if:
- You hold a degree or possess experience in a similar role or environment.
- Retail or hospitality experience is a plus!
- You’re a whiz with words and have excellent copywriting skills.
- You conquer spreadsheets with Excel proficiency.
- You understand the basics of GDPR.
- You have a passion for digital marketing and eCommerce, staying ahead of the curve on industry trends.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in CRM, Loyalty programs, or Email Marketing.
- Familiarity with an ESP or CRM system.
