GLOQatar Airways has revealed a special partnership with renowned Thai chef Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn, commonly referred to as Chef Ton. Together, they are introducing an updated menu featuring Thai-inspired signature dishes for the first and business-class passengers traveling between Thailand and Doha.
Chef Ton, celebrated as the mastermind behind two of Asia’s most highly-ranked restaurants – Le Du (awarded one Michelin star) and Nusara – on the esteemed Asia’s Best 50 Restaurants list, is the culinary talent at the heart of this collaboration.

The unique menu crafted for Qatar has a selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and it will be accessible to all business class travelers starting from December 2023. In addition to Thailand, passengers on Qatar Airways’ flights to Hong Kong and Singapore will also have the privilege of savoring this special menu created by the renowned Asian chef.
