London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

£60-£70K

They’re now looking for a Senior CRM Manager to take ownership of their global lifecycle strategy and lead the next evolution of customer marketing.

The Opportunity

  • Lead the retention strategy across key territories, setting the direction for email, SMS, and emerging lifecycle channels.
  • Define and deliver a creative, data-led roadmap to improve repeat purchase rate, reactivation, and loyalty.
  • Own performance reporting, forecasting, and insight-sharing across the business, connecting customer data to commercial impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Data, and Growth to design campaigns that blend inspiration with commercial performance.
  • Partner closely with analysts and data science teams to translate customer behaviour into actionable marketing opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a small, high-performing retention team to deliver exceptional results and personal growth.
  • Champion experimentation through structured test-and-learn programs across multiple channels.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing ideally in a fast-growth D2C or eCommerce environment.
  • Proven track record improving repeat purchase and customer LTV through creative and analytical retention initiatives.
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM tools (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable or similar).
  • Experience managing and developing team members.
  • A collaborative, data-driven mindset and the confidence to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • A love of creativity, curiosity, and bringing commercial storytelling to life across the customer journey.
