PKFARE has partnered with Citilink to broaden the airline’s global distribution. Through a direct connection, over 2,000 travel sellers gain full access to Citilink’s fares and ancillaries, supporting the carrier’s expansion as inbound tourism to Indonesia continues to rebound strongly across APAC and Europe.

Global travel wholesaler PKFARE has entered a strategic partnership with Citilink, Indonesia’s leading low-cost carrier, aimed at significantly expanding the airline’s international reach and distribution capabilities.

Through a new direct connection, PKFARE’s network of more than 2,000 travel sellers worldwide will gain full access to Citilink’s inventory. This includes branded fares and ancillary services, enabling agents to offer more comprehensive and competitive booking options. For Citilink, the partnership provides broader global exposure while allowing the airline to retain control over pricing, content accuracy, and distribution strategy.

The collaboration comes as Citilink continues to grow its presence across Southeast Asia and beyond, capitalising on a strong rebound in inbound tourism to Indonesia. Public tourism data shows that Indonesia experienced a robust recovery in 2025, with rising visitor numbers from Asia-Pacific and European markets driving renewed demand for regional air travel.

Citilink’s sales and distribution leadership highlighted that PKFARE’s established footprint in these key source markets makes it a valuable partner for capturing inbound traffic while maintaining alignment with the airline’s commercial objectives. The direct distribution model also reflects a broader industry trend toward closer airline–wholesaler partnerships that prioritise content integrity and efficiency.

From PKFARE’s perspective, the agreement strengthens its portfolio of airline partners and enhances its ability to deliver competitive fares and reliable content to travel sellers.
