PAYBACK customers can now support the victims of the earthquake by donating points to selected aid projects in the PAYBACK “Spendenwelt”. The equivalent value of the points will be donated 100 percent to the aid organizations. The projects were selected together with our charity partner betterplace.org. Point donors can choose which important needs they would like to help finance. The current projects involve emergency aid and initial basic supplies. Points can be used to finance medicines, tents and food, for example.
Many PAYBACK customers have already shown great commitment in previous disasters – and made a huge difference with their points. In recent years, regional, national and international aid projects have received points donations worth a total of over EUR 8 million.

The PAYBACK “Spendenwelt” currently features around 150 aid projects. Those who cannot decide on a specific project have the option of donating their points to the “Donation Pool”. Here, several selected aid organizations are waiting for support. A points donation is possible from a points balance of 200 points.
Donate points now in the PAYBACK app or at www.PAYBACK.de/spendenwelt (in the ‘Current disaster’ section).
