NEON are exclusively partnered with a High Profile Luxury Brand going through Global Transformation.
We are hiring a number of roles for the Global Team including a Global Head of Loyalty & Memberships to join the London HQ.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the strategy within the business working with an Entrepreneurial & Ambitious new team who have come on board for this well respected brand.
Supporting on a global relaunch across the brands product portfolio you will lead overall strategy in this area and be responsible for its development, implementation & management
You will drive a comprehensive loyalty scheme and ensure you are strategically hitting the brands overall objectives in this area.
You will be commercially minded with a business acumen that will enable the brand to retain customers and unlock new revenue opportunities as they go through transformation.
The loyalty scheme will be critical across the brands product portfolio – you will be joining the dots to create a cohesive strategy
Your remit will include:
- Overall responsibility will be varied to cover a number of areas including:
- Strategically developing & successfully executing a global loyalty program strategy
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Implementing program development and management of the loyalty program, including defining new features, benefits & customer segmentation.
- Collaborating with Global cross-functional teams overseeing the loyalty program
- Driving Customer Engagement and Retention initiatives
- Analysing and reporting; effectively using data-driven insights to identify customer needs and preferences, tailoring loyalty program offerings accordingly.
- Developing the Global cross-functional relationships across marketing, sales, and customer service team
- Ensuring cohesive communication & implementation of loyalty program initiatives.
- Budget Management and allocation of re-sources to maximize ROI.
- Overseeing Loyalty Scheme Compliance
Who are you ?
- You are currently working in a similar role in CRM / LOYALTY / MEMBERSHIPS within Luxury / Fashion / Media / Travel / Hospitality
- You have a Global Approach and Perspective in everything you do
- You are Detail Orientated and Analytically Minded with a proven track record in linking CRM / Loyalty Schemes to ROI
- Able to think Creatively and Strategically within a Global Brand with an Entrepreneurial approach in making things happen
