The Retail Animation & Client Development Manager is the key contact for boutique managers to develop retail marketing and customer engagement in order to optimize performance. Reporting to the International Director, this central role supports the retail experience through targeted animations and actions to boost and strengthen customer engagement across our global network of boutiques.

Job Responsibilities Retail Animation & Events:

  • Lead the development and operational execution of all in-store and external retail events, ensuring consistent and elevated brand experience.
  • Drive daily animation strategies across the retail network to engage clients, showcase collections, and create memorable interactions.
  • Ensure effective coordination with retail teams and headquarter functions to guarantee seamless implementation of retail marketing initiatives.

Client Marketing:

  • Develop and manage client centric initiatives, including segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalized communication strategies.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of exclusive client events & experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of client marketing and retail animation activities, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Client Development:

  • Develop and oversee strategies for the acquisition, retention, and development of diverse client groups.
  • Coordinate bespoke client treatments and personalized outreach programs.
  • Manage the development, sourcing, and distribution of client gifts, ensuring they reflect brand prestige and client appreciation.
  • Innovate and enhance client service offered across our network.

Budget Management:

  • Plan, manage, and monitor the marketing budget allocated to client marketing, retail animation, and boutique activities, ensuring optimal ROI.

Profile With a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Marketing or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in customer marketing, CRM, or retail animation within the luxury or high-end sector. You have a strong command of project management and are capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent communication skills, master analytical tools, and enjoy working in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Fluent French and English is essential.
