Millennium Hotels and Resorts has promoted Carolyn Wishnowski to vice president of global branding, marketing, and loyalty, where she will lead upcoming brand activations and loyalty initiatives. Wishnowski previously held senior marketing roles at voco Orchard Singapore, DreamUs Group, Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

GLOMillennium Hotels and Resorts has elevated Carolyn Wishnowski (pictured) to the role of vice president of global branding, marketing, and loyalty.
In a LinkedIn post on Tuesday (15 April), Wishnowski thanked her team and highlighted recent achievements, including the introduction of updated brand standards, refreshed brand guides, and enhancements to the loyalty program.
She shared, “In the coming months, we will be launching an exciting calendar of brand activations across our hotels and platforms—ranging from curated guest experiences to new loyalty initiatives—all aimed at fostering deeper connections with our guests and partners.”

Before her promotion, Wishnowski served as the director of global branding, marketing, and loyalty at Millennium. She also spent a year as director of marketing communications at voco Orchard Singapore in 2022.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles including head of sales and marketing at DreamUs Group in 2021, and group head of marketing, Asia, at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care starting in 2016. Wishnowski also spent nearly seven years with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, where she held several senior marketing positions.

The hospitality industry has seen several senior marketing appointments recently. In May last year, Capella Hotel Group named Ivy Kwan as senior vice president of sales and marketing, tasking her with reinforcing the company’s strategic positioning and overseeing the evolution of its service excellence.
Additionally, Hyatt Hotels Corporation appointed Tammy Ng as vice president of marketing for Asia Pacific, responsible for leading brand marketing, loyalty, digital strategies, and collaboration with key regional stakeholders.
