GLOFrankfurt am Main, 20. September 2022 – Johann-Philipp Bruns is the new Managing Director of Miles & More GmbH alongside Sebastian Riedle and thus succeeds Dr. Oliver Schmitt. Also as Managing Director, Bruns remains true to his focus as the previous Senior Director Retail and, in his new role, is responsible for the Sales division, which includes the Partner Sales & Retail and Analytics departments. Riedle is Spokesman of the Executive Board and will be responsible for the Loyalty business unit, which includes the Award & Status Programme, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, HR, Legal and Finance departments.
