About the job

Our client is a large Australian retailer. They are a brand Australians know and love. The retailer sells a range of upscale products across a variety of categories and offer team members a rewarding and exciting career path with many opportunities available. They have one of the most well-known loyalty programs and are absolute leaders in this space. Currently, they are looking to hire a Loyalty Partnerships Manager.

 

The Loyalty Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships.

 

This role will be accountable for driving and delivering the growth plan for their popular loyalty program, increasing member engagement and the perceived customer value of the program.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and Grow Affiliate Partnerships: Establish, nurture, and expand key partnerships with external partners to their loyalty program and drive customer engagement.
  • Negotiate and Execute Partnership Agreements: Lead negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, loyalty initiatives and best in market offering.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships, implementing strategies to optimise customer engagement, earn and financial outcomes.
  • Function as the primary liaison between the business and affiliate partners.
  • Design and deliver initiatives that prioritise customer value and align with their loyalty strategy, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative ways to enhance the loyalty program.
  • Work closely with the loyalty product, lifecycle, and experience teams to deliver effective partnership communications.

 

Key experience and skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in loyalty program partnership management.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering value through loyalty initiatives.
  • Proven success in managing and growing partnerships in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering business insights and presenting strategic initiatives to stakeholders, including senior leadership teams.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills with a focus on customer journey design and data-led decision-making.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and adaptability in dynamic environments.
