JOB SUMMARY

 

The Senior Manager, Loyalty New Brand/Asset Integration is responsible for leading successful integration of new and existingbrands and assets into the Marriot Bonvoy ecosystem—thereby enhancingthe value of the Program to its millions of members. This associate will lead cross-discipline teams to define and activate all key components of brand/asset integration, including program economics,member experience, marketingstrategy, change management, and owner engagement strategies, etc. Responsible for global activations, this role will lead work from corporate-HQ while frequently engagingwith Continent Teams to support regional pull-through.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • 4year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or relatedmajor and four or more years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance

OR

  • Six or more years of relevant professional experience in Consulting, Marketing, or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Knowledge of project management, trackingmethods, and analysis
  • Exceptional project managementskills and abilityto manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Previous experience in loyalty programs,marketing, and/or management consulting
  • Experience collaborating across multiple areas of the organization, buildingconsensus among diverse teams and competing priorities
  • Experience managing and developing staff
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, often with changing businesspriorities
  • Experience articulating feedbackand business directionclearly & conciselywith strong sense of authority& business acumen
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Experience translating business objectives into technical and creative requirements

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Loyalty Brand/Asset Integration

  • Support overall brand/asset integration strategy for MarriottBonvoy, working with Marriott Bonvoy senior leadershipto evaluate and prioritize brands/assets for program integration.
  • Collaborate with key disciplinepartners to developapproach for specificbrand/asset integrations to include programeconomics, loyalty businessprocessing, member experience, marketing strategy, change management, on-and-above property training development, etc.
  • Engage with ContinentTeams to ensure regional relevance,as needed.
  • Manage activation of new brands/assets into the MarriottBonvoy ecosystem, and support shift to sustainment phase.
  • Communicate program resultsand key trends to senior management.

 

Support of Loyalty with Enterprise Initiatives

  • Represent loyalty interests and provide support of enterpriseinitiatives that impact members, includingkey components of the Modern Growth Platform (MGP.)
  • Collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver differentiated experiences for our members.

 

Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders

  • Understand and meet the needs of key stakeholders.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplishwork.
  • Determine priorities, schedules, plans and necessaryresources to ensure completion of any projectson schedule.
  • Collaborate with internalpartners and stakeholders to support business/initiative strategies
  • Communicate concepts in a clear and persuasivemanner that is easy to understand.
  • Generate and provide accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of business priorities.
