Camélia restaurant

Drawing inspiration from the cuisine of famous modern Parisian brasseries, Chef Thierry Marx has redesigned the menu at Camélia. Open from 7am to 10.30pm, Camélia by Thierry Marx is the hotel’s all-day dining venue. Overlooking the hotel’s tranquil garden, Camélia is a light- filled space with beautiful stonework, chic furnishings and intricate detailing. It is perfect for guests to share convivial moments with friends, family and colleagues, or to enjoy a gourmet experience or efficient business lunch.

Mandarin Oriental, Paris is the only hotel in France that has been awarded the designation of Palace for its grand luxury as well as the distinction of High Environmental Quality.

Reopening of Cake Shop

The hotel’s Cake Shop, located at the entrance of Camélia restaurant, returns with a selection of sweet treats by Pastry Chef Adrien Bozzolo. Exquisite temptations will include an original range of Bubble Waffles filled with ice cream and other delicacies, and new teatime delight Le Goûter d’Adrien.

Bar 8 and hidden garden

Exploring brand-new horizons, Bar 8 offers an innovative cocktail and tapas menu inspired by Chef Thierry’s travels. Presented in the form of a travel diary, the menu pays tribute to 12 destinations that are cherished by the Chef and in which Mandarin Oriental has created its iconic hotels.

Designed by the Jouin-Manku agency, Bar 8 offers an intimate and chic atmosphere. Nestled in the heart of the hotel’s inner garden with its lush planting, the bar’s terrace is the perfect place for guests to cool off in the shade on a hot summer’s day. Or take a seat at the spectacular marble counter to admire the talented bar team as they craft original cocktails as well as classics with an inventive twist. To accompany the drinks, Chef Thierry has created Street Marx: a selection of lunchtime dishes inspired by street food from around the world; and a selection of evening tapas.
