JOB TITLE:
Associate Loyalty & Sales Ops. | Lahore, Pakistan
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Associate – Loyalty is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of offline and digital B2B sales (via S-mart), including execution, fulfillment, and last-mile operations. He will drive profitability by enhancing the customer base, improving execution processes, and ensuring the seamless functionality of all B2B and S-mart transactions.
ROLE DETAILS – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Analyse and implement strategic and tactical changes to drive profitability by expanding the customer base, improving conversion rates, increasing order size, and managing margin performance.
- Oversee the timely update of selling prices, least prices, and assortment linking for digital B2B sales via S-mart, ensuring alignment with market dynamics.
- Manage B2B operations in compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Retail policies, including regular sales report generation and updating dashboards on Power BI.
- Provide operational solutions to address system and process challenges, standardize processes across the country, audit regularly for deviations, and share best practices from the region to enhance productivity and quality.
Technical Responsibilities
- Strong technical knowledge of Digital and Offline Platforms and usage of the platforms (DPL, ALECTO, CWINGS, SMA, GIMA)
- Ensure to respond accordingly for support of B2B approval process & price modification for digital B2B via S-mart & technical issues. Develop customer database by activating newly registered customer on S-mart
Cross Functional Responsibilities
- Liaise with CORP Office on the backend issue & solution selection for day-to-day operations.
- Work with Store B2B team for publishing updated assortment on S-mart
- Work closely with Finance team on P&L & TCM
- Ensure to share B2B sale dashboard with respective stack holders & highlight key points
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant to the role
- Master’s Degree in in Business Administration is preferred
- 4+ years in a relevant experience (2 years in the retail business)

- Solid analytical skills, trouble-shooting skills; planning and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, driving results in cross-functional team setting
