Board member Thomas Klitbo will be stepping down from the Board of Directors at Loyal Solutions effective June 1, 2023. Thomas is leaving Denmark, and his new residence and new endeavors are not comparable with the time and travel requirements for his current Board position in Loyal Solutions.
I want to thank Thomas for his valuable contributions to our Company during his time on the Board and wish him all the best in the future.
