Loyalty Programme Manager – 9 Months Fixed Term Contract.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Loyalty & Reward programme specialist to join our Brand team on an FTC (9-months) basis. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week in a hybrid format, which involves working 2 days per week from our Support Office in Camberley.

Your New Role:

With sharing at its heart, Krispy Kreme Rewards is one of the UK’s most generous rewards programs. And in the next 18 months we aim to catapult Rewards into the mainstream. We have ambitious plans to double the size of our database and increase our customers purchasing frequency with us over the year.

This role will see you own Krispy Kreme Rewards in its entirety. Ensuring the program is optimised to run as profitably as possible. You, like our brand, will be warm hearted, fun and down to earth, as well as very hands on. We are looking for a high energy, passionate digital marketer with a brave, bold growth mindset who can challenge our agency partners and identify opportunities to improve engagement and drive growth

As part of this role you will also line manage a high performing CRM manager to ensure that the Rewards programme unites with our CRM programme.

 

Key Accountabilities & Duties:

  • Fully accountable for overseeing and implementing the loyalty strategy for all channels, working closely with our retail and grocery teams to ensure we are driving traffic to these channels.
  • Coordinate and manage the CRM Manager to deliver campaign activations for all CRM channels in addition to briefing and managing external agency partners.
  • Ensure the rewards program is optimised to run as profitably as possible whilst leading the acceleration of member sign ups.
  • Deliver key insights and commercial reporting against key metrics ensuring, in-market test & learn delivery, performance reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Define, drive and delivery of personalised loyalty engagement with our members.
  • You will be the go-to person for building loyalty engagement with the business as we transform our loyalty and omnichannel digital strategy

 

Your Experience:

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience of managing Loyalty and CRM programs ideally from Retail or FMCG across multiple channels of distribution.
  • Experience of building or evolving 1-1 engagement programs that have proven to grow loyalty and drive incremental revenue and profit.
  • Experience with working within a globally matrixed structure to drive both local and global growth agenda.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal & external colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong project management experience and proactive in making things happen.
  • Ability to take business objectives and translate them into an engaging customer plan.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and targeted strategies.
