Korean AirKorean Air’s exceptional service and commitment to excellence are earning global accolades, securing top honors in Global Traveler’s 2024 GT Tested Reader Survey awards. The airline won the Best Airline Onboard Service award, while its loyalty program, SKYPASS, was recognized for Best Frequent-Flyer Award Redemption.
The airline also ranked highly in several other Global Traveler categories: second place for Best First-Class Seat Design and third place for Best Airline Cuisine, Best Business-Class Seat Design, Best Flight Attendants and Best Airport Staff/Gate Agents.
Global Traveler, a premier monthly luxury travel magazine based in the U.S., conducts an annual survey inviting its diverse audience of online and print subscribers to vote for the industry’s best across a wide range of travel-related categories.
This year’s recognition builds on an impressive streak. In 2023, Korean Air won Best Airline Cuisine and Best Business-Class Seat Design in the Global Traveler awards, highlighting its sustained excellence in multiple areas over the past two years.
