GLOKE Group has announced collaboration with Ally Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) to revolutionize the retail sector in Thailand through the introduction of the Ally Sky Rewards application. This loyalty program will cater to shoppers in 11 shopping malls within Ally REIT’s portfolio, becoming Thailand’s first loyalty program to cover all shops across different mall brands.
The CEO of KE Group, Supanavit Eiamsakulrat, announced the launch of the Ally Sky Rewards application on June 28. The aim is to provide a loyalty program that meets the genuine needs and preferences of customers, considering the significant role of digital platforms in Thailand’s retail industry.
Implementing a loyalty program is an effective marketing strategy, as Thai shoppers enjoy earning points from purchases and redeeming them for shopping rewards. Ally Sky Rewards will be the first loyalty program in Thailand to include a wide range of shopping mall brands. It seeks to attract customers to the 11 shopping centers managed by ALLY REIT, which consist of various locations and feature over 1,000 shop brands.
The participating stores encompass popular brands, food and beverage outlets, fitness centers, cinemas, music schools, and more. Ally Sky Rewards offers convenience as one of its key features, allowing members to effortlessly accumulate points at every store using the mobile application. The loyalty program also allows credit card holders to earn points through both Ally Sky Rewards and their partner banks’ credit cards.
To address the issue of redemption options for credit card points, Ally Sky Rewards enables easy conversion of credit card points into Sky points within the program. Sky points can be utilized for various purposes within the 11 shopping malls, such as purchasing goods, dining, engaging in fitness activities, watching movies, and paying for tutorial schools.
The program aims to attract 200,000 active users within the next 1-2 years, stimulating spending within the shopping centers. By consolidating offers, discounts, and promotions from all participating shops into a single mobile application, Ally Sky Rewards provides a seamless and comprehensive shopping experience.
KE Group and Ally REIT envision creating an economy that benefits all parties involved, forming a strong alliance between shops, banks, and shopping centers under the name ‘Ally’. The success of Ally Sky Rewards is expected to encourage other shopping centers to join Ally REIT’s portfolio, with plans to add more properties in the future.
