GLOLaunched this week, Nautica Collective is a first of its kind yachting experience, curating group trips on the water for the aspiring luxury traveller. Founded by long-time friends and experiential travel experts, Geraint Hamer and Lucy Greenhill, Nautica Collective is redefining yachting, providing a new category of travel between ultra-luxury charters and party cruises, offering boutique yacht experiences around the world for the millennial traveller with a taste for the finer things in life.
Nautica Collective is launching with a set of standout itineraries across Europe and the Caribbean, designed to show guests the world from a different perspective – by sea. Each trip strikes the perfect balance between land and water, mixing laid-back sailing with real time to explore on shore. From eight days island-hopping through the British Virgin Islands, to four days discovering hidden coves off Mallorca’s coast, and a Norway sail-to-ski adventure on the horizon for 2026, the Nautica Collective itineraries promise a truly unique experience for all types of traveller. Whether guests have a week to switch off or just a few days to dive in, Nautica Collective provides a fresh way to connect with a place through its coastline, culture and people.
Nautica Collective primarily targets discerning travellers in their late 20s and over, those seeking a more refined yachting experience without the barriers of the superyacht world, looking to make new friends and connections through travel. Life onboard will bring together intimate groups to bond over cocktails, delicious freshly cooked meals and soak up the sunshine and atmosphere on deck.
Each yacht includes a highly experienced skipper, adept host and talented onboard chef, who take care of the details and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. All cabins include ensuite aboard premium catamarans providing a taste of luxury, with large areas to socialise, get quality alone time and mix with an intimate circle of people on the same wavelength.
Nautica Collective aims to provide unforgettable experiences both on land and sea, with onshore activities included. With space for only 10 guests per yacht, they keep things intimate at sea, while on land the adventure opens up. Each flotilla brings together up to five yachts, so while travellers sail in a close-knit group, they explore each destination with a wider party, from wandering coastal towns to sharing local meals at hand picked spots.
Co-Founders Lucy and Gez were inspired to start Nautica Collective after building up a combined 40 years’ experience working in the travel industry. Having gained valuable experience at boutique tour operators like Culture Trip and global yacht brands like Yacht Week, they have set out to create the kind of yachting experience they couldn’t find and one they’d want to book themselves. Lucy said “After many years working in yachting, I saw first-hand how rigid the industry had become, geared either towards ultra-wealthy private charters or party-fuelled group trips. Nautica Collective was born from a desire to shake things up. As we moved into our 30s, we couldn’t find a sailing experience that blended high-end design, meaningful connection, and a spirit of adventure – without the prohibitive price tag. So, we created it.”
Ahead of launch, Nautica Collective have created a waitlist of over 500 subscribers, gained over 25,000 views on socials and sold their first trips of summer 2026 before official bookings open. Co-Founder Gez said “After years of working with some of the most dynamic and forward-thinking brands in travel, Lucy and I felt a clear pull to create something that didn’t yet exist; an experience that speaks to a new generation of culturally curious travellers. With Nautica Collective, we’re proud to be pioneering a new travel category of curated, group-based yachting experiences that combine connection, culture and a deep sense of discovery. We can’t wait to welcome our first guests on board.”
