InterLnkd has launched AirMall, a white-label inflight shopping platform that transforms airline Wi-Fi into a digital mall with access to 20,000+ brands, enabling carriers to earn new revenue without onboard stock or crew involvement.

InterLnkd has unveiled AirMall, a white-label digital inflight shopping mall that turns an airline’s Wi-Fi portal into a full e-commerce platform, offering travellers access to over 20,000 brands during flights. The system is vendor-agnostic and plugs into existing captive portals, enabling airlines to monetise connectivity, integrate with loyalty programmes, support inflight payments, and deliver purchased items post-flight — all without handling onboard inventory or involving crew in retail operations.

InterLnkd says the platform uses an “intelligent matching engine” to offer personalised product recommendations based on each passenger’s profile, destination, and travel itinerary. Chief Operating Officer Robert Goldsmith has noted that AirMall solves a major cost-recovery challenge for airlines investing in free or faster Wi-Fi, converting what was a passenger expectation into a revenue stream.

This move follows InterLnkd’s other recent partnerships in the travel-shopping space — with FlightHub in Canada, PLAY Airlines, TravelUp in the UK, and justfly.com in the US — all using their AI-driven matching and white-label retail platform to offer curated shopping ahead of travel or during booking.
