Our loyalty platform drives customer interactions and generates added value for both consumers and merchants across multiple countries. We are now looking for a Product Manager – Loyalty to support the development and implementation of our loyalty strategy across ING markets.
Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Product Manager – Loyalty, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of ING’s loyalty platform by:
- Supporting product development: Assisting in the evolution of ING’s loyalty platform by coordinating product features, promotions, and campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
- Enabling with local market execution: Acting as the link between global and country teams, ensuring everyone has the necessary tools, information, and frameworks to execute successfully.
- Coordinating projects & stakeholder alignment: Working with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, commercial, and legal, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Ensuring knowledge transfer: Helping translate product and loyalty concepts into clear guidelines and documentation for country teams to adopt and implement effectively.
- Monitoring performance & insights: Tracking key metrics (customer engagement, transaction growth, and adoption rates) to assess the impact of loyalty initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Keeping up with industry trends: Staying informed about loyalty innovations and competitive trends to bring fresh ideas into the platform.
- Collaboration with merchants & external partners: Assisting in the development of the structure for promotional activities and campaigns in collaboration with merchants and loyalty partners.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of ING’s loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate should have:
- +/- 7 years of experience in product management, customer journey management, loyalty programs, digital marketing, or project management.
- Project coordination skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with diverse teams, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong organizational skills: Comfortable handling product-related processes, documentation, and knowledge-sharing across multiple countries.
- Good stakeholder management: Ability to work with various teams, including IT, marketing, and commercial functions, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
- Customer-centric mindset: Understanding of how loyalty and rewards programs enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Basic analytical skills: Ability to assess campaign performance and product adoption metrics.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with fluency in English.
Nice To Have
- Experience with loyalty programs, e-commerce, or fintech products is a plus.
- Background in digital banking, payments, or merchant partnerships is beneficial.
- Understanding of gamification mechanics and customer engagement strategies is advantageous.

- A base salary in scale 11 (€5,212 to €8,387 gross per month based on 36 hours)
