IHG Hotels & Resorts has taken a major step in enhancing its loyalty offering in China with the launch of a new members’ catalogue for its IHG One Rewards programme. The initiative allows members in Mainland China to redeem their points for merchandise, expanding beyond traditional hotel stays and experiences.
