The opportunity ✨
As part of the Airline Loyalty Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless awarding experience for our airline programmes. You’ll support the management, testing, and implementation of new airline partnerships across our OpCos. This is an exciting area of the business dedicated to delivering solutions that enhance airline accruals and contribute to our issuance targets.
What you’ll get up to 🌠
- Work closely with multiple teams across the business including Finance, Data, Proposition, Delivery Office and Currency teams to successfully enable changes to accrual and redemptions.
- Build strong relationships with our airline partners, acting as a key contact for queries related to award processes and campaign management.
- Support the end to end set up of propositions within CLM (Customer Loyalty Management), including tier management, air issuance, and redemption rates – from ideation right through to delivery.
- Support the onboarding of new airlines and codeshare partners into the IAGL systems.
- Test new functionality and updates related to air partner accrual changes
- Focus on areas where largest value creation is possible driving an increase in performance and issuance.
- Develop close partnerships with our OpCo loyalty teams to ensure deliverables and campaigns are prioritised and executed correctly.
- Establish a strong working knowledge on airline propositions and the technical requirements for each of them.
- Work closely with the Airline Partnership team to enable any changes driven from contractual changes.
What we need from you 💡
- Experience in understanding how commercial airline ticketing and selling works, including codeshare operations and PNR servicing is also preferential.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to reduce airline accrual failures using data which you’ll then need to deliver solutions for.
- Ability to understand and work within contractual commitments and partnership frameworks.
- Skilled in Jira for project management and workflow tracking.
- Experience in testing with the ability to design and write your own test scripts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to balance priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
