Hilton is proud to announce that its innovative culinary series, “Off the Menu,” has been honored with a Webby Award for its outstanding digital presence and unique engagement with audiences worldwide. Celebrated for its exceptional portrayal of culinary arts and hospitality, the series was recognized in the category of “Best Video – Travel & Lifestyle (Series & Channels).”

“Off the Menu” invites viewers into the kitchens of exceptional Hilton properties in sought-after destinations, offering an intimate look at the passion and creativity behind Hilton’s culinary experiences. Season 2 has been especially praised for its compelling storytelling and the spotlight it shines on the unique talents of Hilton’s team members. 

The Webby Awards are international awards presented annually by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences to honor excellence on the internet. Hilton’s win for its culinary series, ‘Off the Menu,’ is a testament to Hilton’s innovative approach to both food and beverage and consumer storytelling. Season 2 Highlights: 

  • Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa: Chef de Cuisine Deni Srdoč, Croatia’s youngest Michelin-starred chef, demonstrates how locally sourced ingredients are integral to creating sustainable and luxurious dining experiences.
  • Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort: Executive Chef Mauricio Lopez shares his journey balancing life as a chef, father, and husband, highlighting his personal growth and culinary innovation.
  • Conrad Koh Samui: Executive Sous Chef Aphichat “Tun” Amatmontri, a disciplined chef and a devoted family man blends his passion for modern Thai cuisine with sustainable, organic farming, sharing his mindful journey to living with intention. 

Season 2 of Off the Menu continues its culinary journey around the globe with additional episodes featuring Conrad Washington DC, Chef Jeiw Urapanthamat of Waldorf Astoria Bangkok and Chef Juan Suarez of Waldorf Astoria Orlando.
