Your Tasks
- Shape and drive innovative loyalty strategies that inspire lasting guest connections
- Develop and evolve the Loyalty Marketing Strategy to keep our programme fresh and competitive
- Create multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to diverse audiences across languages and platforms
- Ensure a seamless brand presence across all digital and in-hotel touchpoints
- Lead promotions, retention campaigns, and loyalty events powered by customer insights
- Act as the trusted loyalty marketing advisor for hotel teams, aligning local actions with brand goals
Your Profile
- Proven experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, or customer engagement, ideally in hospitality or retail
- A strategic thinker with creative flair and a hands-on, proactive approach
- Strong brand storytelling and communication skills across multiple channels
- Confident in leading projects independently and mentoring junior colleagues
- Excellent knowledge of loyalty best practices, trends, and data-driven marketing
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
