Revamped loyalty program features GNC Health which provides GNC PRO Access members with free telehealth appointments and more than 100 free prescriptions with no co-pay required.

GNC is introducing a range of complimentary healthcare services exclusively for members of its paid loyalty program, GNC PRO Access. For an annual fee of $39.99, PRO Access members can schedule telehealth appointments for urgent care and personal health needs. They will also have access to over 40 generic versions of most urgent care medications and more than 70 generic personal health medications covering various areas like lifestyle, dermatology, mental health, sports performance, anti-aging, and sexual health care.

Allison Bentley, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at GNC, stated that they understand the added value free supplemental healthcare services will bring to their loyalty members, providing them with convenient access to health offerings.

GNC’s MyGNCRewards program is being restructured with the addition of two new tiers, Silver and Gold, offering loyal customers the chance to unlock higher tiers for greater benefits and additional perks.

Jenna O’Connor, Senior Director of Loyalty Marketing at GNC, emphasized their continuous efforts to create a more rewarding and user-friendly shopping experience for their customers. They took a customer-centric approach, evaluating the most frequently used benefits by customers and upgraded the program to offer streamlined benefits and increased value.
