London, UK – July 2, 2024 – Global Loyalty Organisation (GLO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Hardaker to its senior leadership team as the Head of the Loyalty & Sustainability vertical.

Kim Hardaker joins GLO’s team of advisors from H&Co, a management consultancy based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she serves as CEO. With a wealth of experience in loyalty programs, customer experience (CX), sustainability initiatives, and more, Kim brings over 20 years of expertise.

During her tenure as Managing Director and VP of Etihad Guest, the loyalty program of Etihad Airways, Kim played a pivotal role in pioneering the launch of the industry’s first sustainability-led loyalty program, “Conscious Choices.” Under her leadership, the Etihad Guest program garnered numerous industry accolades, showcasing her innovative approach to loyalty and sustainability.

Prior to her role at Etihad Guest, Kim held senior positions within Qantas, and a number of brand and marketing agencies, driving digital innovation and creating brand experiences.
