London, 26 January 2026 – Global Loyalty Organisation (GLO), the world’s largest professional loyalty association, is pleased to announce the appointment of Benjamin Lipsey, President of Flying Blue and SVP Loyalty, Digital, and Data, Air France – KLM, as the new Chairman of the Global Loyalty Organisation Advisory Board.
“I am honoured to take on the role of Chairman of the Advisory Board at such an exciting time for the Global Loyalty Organisation,” said Benjamin Lipsey. “GLO has, in just three years, built a truly unique and unmatched depth of loyalty intelligence, becoming the largest global media resource on loyalty and one of the most trusted sources of tailored research, reports, and surveys across aviation, hospitality, retail, and beyond. The next phase of GLO’s journey will focus on insights on accelerating digital innovation, expanding the reach and impact of our insights, and further strengthening our role as a key platform supporting C-level discussions and strategic decision-making in loyalty worldwide.”
With over 15 years of global experience in loyalty and customer strategy at Air France-KLM and previously at Air Canada, Benjamin Lipsey brings deep industry expertise and a forward-looking vision to the role, especially with his expanded remit as SVP Loyalty, Digital and Data. His appointment marks a new chapter in GLO’s development, as GLO continues to expand the breadth and depth of its insights, research capabilities, and global community.
Benjamin Lipsey succeeds Jeffrey Goh, who has served as Chairman since January 2023. During his tenure, Jeffrey Goh spearheaded and provided invaluable support to the successful launch and establishment of GLO, shaping it into the largest global media and knowledge resource dedicated to loyalty. Jeffrey will continue to support GLO as an Independent Member of the Advisory Board, ensuring continuity and ongoing strategic guidance.
Reflecting on his tenure, Jeffrey Goh commented: “The Global Loyalty Organisation has been an enormous success. From the outset, it nailed the need for a truly cross-industry organisation—one that not only connects leading players and decision-makers in loyalty globally, but also equips them with meaningful insights, research, and practical toolkits to support their loyalty and CX strategies. I am proud of what we have built together and look forward to continuing to contribute to GLO’s future as an Independent Advisory Board Member.”
Anastasia Levashova and Dilek Glenister, Co-founders & Executive Directors of GLO, added: “We are deeply grateful for the exceptional depth of experience, vision, and commitment that Jeffrey Goh has brought to GLO since its inception, and we are equally excited to welcome Benjamin Lipsey as our new Chairman. Both leaders have generously shared their unique knowledge with the GLO community, helping to shape GLO into a trusted global authority on loyalty. Benjamin’s leadership will be instrumental as we scale our initiatives, insights, and global impact. GLO has become a cornerstone and a key player of the global loyalty ecosystem, fostering collaboration, thought leadership, and practical innovation across industries. With Benjamin stepping into the role of Chairman, supported by Jeffrey’s continued involvement, GLO is exceptionally well positioned to drive the next wave of loyalty thinking and to empower organisations navigating an increasingly complex and digital customer landscape.”
