Katharina Dein was the first member of the GHA Commercial team back in 2013, overseeing a growing portfolio of brands and building strong relationships. She has led multiple initiatives, including creating an online hotel training platform used globally. In her new role, she will:

Optimise performance of newly integrated properties

Oversee brand onboarding and assess new brand potential

Roll out new products/services to member brands

Shape the alliance’s value proposition
Jelena Kezika has also been with GHA since 2013. A business strategist, she has:

Driven GHA’s loyalty programme (GHA DISCOVERY)

Boosted engagement, acquisition, and cross-brand revenue

Led GHA’s sustainability and CSR efforts
In her new role, she will lead strategy planning, implementation, and partnership expansion to grow the GHA ecosystem.
Andrea Krenn, now SVP Communications, has led global PR at GHA since 2021. With prior experience at Atlantis The Palm and Dubai Tourism, she has:
