During 2023 Emirates and Emirates Skywards have launched several new CX features for its Skywards customers, including:
- In September 2023, Emirates extended Inflight Meal Preordering Service across Europe
- In August 2023, Emirates launches movie collection onboard honouring 100 years of Warner Bros. Studios
- In July 2023, Emirates introduced onboard Meal Preordering Service as well as Emirates launched regional VIP private charter service offering flexibility and comfort for short trips
- In June 2023, Emirates Skywards enhanced partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts to offer members more travel rewards
- In May 2023, Emirates relaunched the Skywards Everyday app as well as launched free Wi-Fi connectivity onboard through Emirates Skywards, even while inflight
- In May 2023, Emirates (UAE) created US$ 200 million aviation sustainability fund
- In April 2023, Emirates Skywards (UAE) joined Global Loyalty Organisation as a member
- In March 2023, Emirates (UAE) introduced Kids ‘fly better’ campaign with a new range of collectible toys and bags.
- In March 2023, Emirates introduced Ramadan onboard campaign, embracing the spirit of the Holy Month with a thoughtful passenger journey.
- In February 2023, Loyal Solutions signs multi-year contract with Emirates
- In January 2023, Emirates Skywards (UAE) reached 30 million members & to celebrate launched a new draw campaign with up to 1 million miles
- During 2023 Emirates confirmed its commitment to be one to the main sponsors of the leading global sporting events including: 37th America’s Cup, Great Britain SailGP Team, Rugby World Cup 2023, US Open, and Roland-Garros 2023 to name a few. Emirates signed football partnership in Saudi Arabia becoming main sponsor of King Salman Cup 2023.
