AlFursan, the loyalty program of Saudia, has entered into a new partnership with Panda Retail Company to strengthen its ecosystem and unlock more ways for members to earn and use Miles on everyday purchases.

Through this collaboration, members of Panda Plus—Panda’s customer rewards program—can convert cashback earned from shopping at Panda stores into AlFursan Reward Miles. In addition, AlFursan members will soon be able to redeem their Miles for Panda shopping vouchers via the upcoming AlFursan e-store, making rewards more accessible and relevant to daily life.

Kashmira Motiwalla, Chief Loyalty Officer of the AlFursan Loyalty Program, commented that the partnership marks an important milestone in AlFursan’s transformation. She noted that by linking travel rewards with retail spending, AlFursan is evolving into a comprehensive lifestyle platform that offers members greater flexibility, choice, and value—both while traveling and beyond.

Ahmad Chehade, Chief Marketing Officer at Panda Retail Company, highlighted that the agreement aligns with Panda’s strategy to collaborate with leading organizations across key sectors. He emphasized that Panda views loyalty as a long-term relationship, and this partnership allows everyday cashback to be transformed into meaningful travel experiences that enhance customer engagement and foster lasting loyalty.

AlFursan continues to expand its network of local and international partners across banking, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and travel. This growing portfolio enables members to earn Miles through routine transactions and redeem them flexibly for flights, upgrades, products, and services.
