Explora Journeys, the luxury lifestyle brand of the MSC Group, has unveiled a refreshed loyalty offering aimed at strengthening guest relationships and rewarding brand devotion. The evolution of the program reflects the brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional, tailored experiences for sophisticated travelers.

The revamped loyalty structure, named the Explora Circle, is designed to go beyond traditional points-based systems. It celebrates guests who choose to sail repeatedly with Explora Journeys by offering exclusive recognition and elevated experiences. With tiers aligned to the number of completed journeys, the program ensures that benefits grow alongside the guest’s loyalty.

Key perks include personalised onboard experiences, priority access to destination experiences, complimentary services such as laundry and pressing, and invitations to special events onboard and ashore. Higher-tier members will also receive welcome amenities, upgraded suite benefits, and access to exclusive savings on future voyages.

Michael Ungerer, CEO of Explora Journeys, emphasised that the new program is rooted in the brand’s philosophy of fostering emotional connections and offering immersive luxury. “This evolution of our loyalty offering reflects the importance we place on long-term relationships and deepening guest engagement,” he noted.
